11:30-12:30pm – C-E

12:30-1:30pm – F-H

1:30-2:30pm – I-L

2:30-4:00pm – M-P

4:00-5:00pm -Q-Z

Appointment times are by last name. If siblings have different last names, choose the last name time that works better to bring in the whole family. Student attendance is optional.
