Volunteers Needed for Reading Partners for 2017-2018
We are also looking for volunteers to dedicate one hour a week to read one-on-one with students through Reading Partners. This is a great way to get to know the school and our students. Training and curriculum are provided. Students get two 45 minute reading sessions a week. You will work with the same student each week (typically once a week). After each reading session, students get to choose a book to take home and keep. If you are interested in being a Reading Partners volunteer, email Kelly ([email protected]).
